Why is does my review keep being rejected?

I'm sure it's in the guidelines?

What can I say?

Pros: Good Apps via Google Play Store
10bit Panel
4k Via Youtube
HDR (But it's not that bright)
Android is easy to use

Cons: Poor Blacks
Not a IPS Display
No local Dimming
Only seen as an 8bit Display with Sky Q and Xbox One
Light Bleed is pretty bad
No Scart
Android is Painfully slow (Needs Faster Processer)
Screen Brightness Could be Better
