The TV has a black screen with no sound for the digital TV and also for the HDMI slots for the Playstations. Home screen works fine as does Netflix/internet. The TV diagnostics when run say no problems. When running a factory reset gets to digital tuning and screen goes black again and nothing further happens, skipping this section still does not solve problem. Youview bar occassionally appears with station numbers but screen remains black and mute.

Have had the TV 18 months and working fine until now! Assuming its going to be a repair required.

Hi there

Blank screen and no sound on digitial TV as well as attempting to tune stations in, as well as the same for HDMI - it does indeed sound like the TV needs repairing. Most likely one of the boards will needs replacing.
