&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Are you using the satellite tuner on the TV by any chance?&amp;nbsp; If so, this is as per design.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Freesat is the company behind the EPG for satellite tuners in the UK. Sony TVs are not Freesat compliant, which means only a basic EPG is included.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you are using Freeview and getting this message, I would suggest checking your aerial connection and retuning your TV.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Anyone know how to have programme names displayed in the tv guide rather than only "no event information"? i can only get the name after going onto the channel!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is not a bug unfortunately and the TV is functioning as per design.&amp;nbsp; The TV was never designed to have a "Freesat" EPG, and hence Freeview only.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
